Beauty and fashion e-commerce platform Nykaa has announced that it has acquired skincare brand Dot & Key. This is reportedly the first D2C (direct to consumer) beauty brand acquired by Nykaa. Co-founded by Anisha Agarwal and Suyash Saraf, Kolkata-based Dot & Key offers skincare products such as serums, face masks, toners and cleansers.
