The CBI has charged five directors of a West Bengal-based company and eight SBI officials for causing a loss of ₹4.12 crore to the bank. The company's directors allegedly conspired with officials of two SBI branches and took loan of ₹4.45 crore for doing food processing business. However, the borrower violated terms and conditions, causing the loss to the bank.
