US President Donald Trump on Tuesday said that the cost associated with the hurricane relief and rescue operations in Puerto Rico has thrown US' budget "a little out of whack". "We spent a lot of money on Puerto Rico, and that's fine," Trump said. He had earlier said that the island's residents are not doing enough to help themselves.
