Anthropic and Gates Foundation launched a $200 million (around ₹1,900 crore) partnership to support AI-related public goods. This initiative, powered by Claude, will improve support for African languages, assist African and Indian teachers, and boost research on diseases, including HPV. This follows a Gates Foundation partnership with OpenAI for supporting AI deployment in African clinics by 2028.
