Haryana gangster Dhilla gets parole to marry Cambodian girlfriend, their 3 kids to attend

Mainpal Dhilla, a gangster serving life-term in a Haryana jail, has been granted parole to marry his Cambodian partner Meta Chan. Dhilla met her when he fled to Cambodia while on parole in 2018 and they had four children before he was extradited to India last year. Chan arrived in India with three of their kids for the wedding.
