Tibetan leader raises China concerns at Prague Forum

Sikyong Penpa Tsering, head of the Central Tibetan Administration, addressed the 30th Forum 2000 Conference in Prague, criticising China's alleged suppression of Tibetan identity, interference in Dalai Lama's reincarnation, boarding school assimilation policies, and environmental threats from dam construction on the Tibetan Plateau. He urged stronger international resolutions to protect Tibetan rights.
