Meta has changed the job titles of some employees to "AI Builder" and reorganised them into smaller "pods", Business Insider reported. The restructuring, being tested within its Reality Labs division, categorises roles as "AI Builder", "AI Pod Lead" and "AI Org Lead". This comes amid Meta's decision to lay off around 700 employees across multiple teams, including Reality Labs.
