During a press conference, Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu said that history proves that Jesus Christ has no advantage over Genghis Khan. "Because if you're strong enough, ruthless enough, powerful enough, evil will overcome good. Aggression will overcome moderation," he added. Following criticism over the remarks, Netanyahu said he cited US historian Will Durant and didn't denigrate Jesus Christ.
