Japan midfielder Daichi Kamada scored his country's fastest goal in FIFA World Cup history. The 29-year-old netted in the fourth minute against Tunisia in their FIFA World Cup 2026 Group F match to break the record. The previous record was set by Shinji Kagawa, who scored in the sixth minute in Japan's FIFA World Cup 2018 match against Colombia.
