AAP chief Arvind Kejriwal criticised the deteriorating law and order situation in Delhi, citing significant increase in gang violence. "Amit Shah has...responsibility of Delhi's law & order and under him, Delhi has become a gangster and extortion capital," he said. "People are frightened to come out of their homes," he said, comparing Delhi's situation to 1990s' underworld dominance in Mumbai.
