Ex-CJI Ranjan Gogoi received a farewell in the Rajya Sabha on Monday as he completed his term as a nominated member. During his six-year tenure, Gogoi didn't ask any questions or introduce any bills and participated in only one debate in 2023, according to PRS. His average attendance was 53%, which he said was below his own expectations.
