Local terrorists in Kashmir down to single digits: IGP

IGP (Kashmir Zone) Sujit Kumar said that though giving an exact figure is difficult, the number of local terrorists in the valley has dropped to single digits. "Certainly, there's one local terrorist…he has orchestrated attacks in Anantnag and Kulgam. He is being supported by some foreign terrorists," he said. LeT operative Mohammad Lateef Bhat has been associated with the attacks.
