Libya declares maximum emergency after drone strike on Zawiya refinery

Libya's National Oil Corporation (NOC) declared a state of maximum emergency after a third drone strike hit the Zawiya refinery within 48 hours. The attack struck a tank containing nearly 4.5 million litres of gasoline, causing it to collapse. While no serious causalities were reported, the NOC warned it may halt refinery operations if the attacks continue.
