Tata Sons' board to meet in Sept to discuss Chandrasekaran's exit: Report

Tata Sons board may hold a meeting on September 17, where they will likely discuss Chairman N Chandrasekaran's resignation, Moneycontrol reported citing sources. The meeting will also discuss a new date for Tata Sons Annual General Meeting (AGM) after the August 18 AGM was adjourned due to lack of quorum. Chandrasekaran's tenure as Chairman will end in February 2027.
