CCTV footage has shown 30-year-old Delhi Police Constable Sandeep being dragged by a speeding car, leading to his death in Delhi's Nangloi area in the wee hours of Sunday. Sandeep, who was on a two-wheeler, had reportedly asked driver of the car to not drive rashly, after which the accused hit him from behind and dragged him for 10 metres.
