Red Fort blast accused used AI to learn how to build IED, visited monument 12 times

Jasir Bilal Wani, an accused in the November 10, 2025, blast outside Red Fort, used artificial intelligence (AI) to learn how to build an Improvised Explosive Device (IED), the National Investigation Agency (NIA) claimed in its chargesheet. Umer Un Nabi, the alleged mastermind who was killed in the blast, visited the monument 12 times from December 2023.
