Heavy rainfall warning issued for several states, list released

The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued heavy rainfall warning for several states for Wednesday (September 9). It is very likely over parts of Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Meghalaya, Bihar, West Bengal, Jharkhand, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura and Odisha. Further, it stated that hot and humid weather is very likely over Andhra Pradesh, Kerala and Puducherry.
