Bihar CM Samrat says 'crime' can happen in Bihar, but not 'apradh', Tejashwi mocks him

Bihar CM Samrat Choudhary said that "crime can happen" in the state but "not apradh". "Concept of apradh is over in Bihar," he stated. "IAS/IPS officers sitting on the stage, do they feel honoured or humiliated to be working with these people? Has PM Narendra Modi taken a contract to let this man ruin Bihar?" RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav asked.
