The Congress has promised to provide 300 units of free electricity, LPG cylinders at ₹500 and free ration kits in its manifesto for the upcoming Assembly elections in Delhi. Earlier, the grand-old party announced its 'Pyari Didi Yojana,' promising a monthly monetary grant of ₹2,500/month to women, if it's voted to power. Delhi polls will be held on February 5.
