Maharashtra minister Chandrashekhar Bawankule on Sunday accused the Congress of being "anti-women" over its letter seeking a pause in Ladki Bahin Scheme payouts before civic polls. He said, "The real face of Congress has come before the people now. Ladki Bahin Yojana is an ongoing government scheme, and does not breach the model code of conduct."
