AISA chief Neha Bora moves Delhi HC against police peace bond notice

AISA president Neha Bora moved Delhi High Court against a Delhi Police notice asking her to execute a bond before Special Executive Magistrate (SEM) to maintain peace. The notice asked Bora to appear before the SEM on October 19 under Section 126 of the BNSS. Earlier, she was detained on October 16 while heading to CJP’s ‘Lehra Do Tiranga’ march.
