Bangladesh Police have arrested ex-teacher Yasin Arafat, the main accused in the lynching of Hindu garment factory worker Dipu Das. Officials said Arafat played a central role in planning the attack, incited the mob and allegedly dragged Das to a busy intersection, where he was hanged from a tree and set on fire. Dipu was killed in Bangladesh's Mymensingh district.
