National Commission for Backward Classes (NCBC) chairperson Hansraj Ahir, while reacting to Karnataka categorising all Muslims as a backward class, said "rights of actual OBCs are being taken away". He also said that the state chief secretary would be summoned for not submitting the report based on which Muslims were included in the OBC category on the grounds of religion.
