The exit routes of Bangkok's Rong Beer Na Lat Phrao pub, where a massive fire killed at least 27 people, were obstructed, officials said on Monday. Bangkok Governor Chadchart Sittipunt said beer crates blocked one fire exit near the kitchen, while another was obstructed by a table. A firefighter said many survivors were choking on smoke.
