The Directorate of Education (DoE) has flagged "grave lapses" at a private school in Delhi where a caretaker allegedly molested a nursery student. It said the school was running nursery and pre-primary classes from unauthorised premises and cited "absence/non-installation of CCTV cameras". DoE warned that the school's recognition could be withdrawn if it fails to respond to the show-cause notice.
