IAS officer Tina Dabi, serving as District Collector of Rajasthan's Barmer, responded after a video of her saluting with her back against the national flag, which went viral on the 77th Republic Day, received major criticism. She clarified that the act was unintentional and due to a momentary confusion. The error was noticed and rectified instantly, she added.
