Ex-IPL Chairman Lalit Modi has claimed the man linked to a blackmail racket targeting an aspiring IPL cricketer is "shockingly" the secretary of BCCI Vice-President Rajeev Shukla. Modi said he learnt this from sources, adding, "This needs to be seriously looked into. How low can people go." The cricketer was allegedly blackmailed after refusing to pay commission for IPL contract.
