AI company Fractal Analytics plans to launch its initial public offering in February following the Union Budget, Moneycontrol reported. The ₹4,900 crore issue, set to be India's 1st AI-focused IPO, was initially planned for January, the report said. The IPO consists of a fresh offer worth ₹1,279 crore and an offer for sale of ₹3,620 crore by existing investors.
