Modi, Xi meet at BRICS Summit in New Delhi

Chinese President Xi Jinping met PM Narendra Modi on the sidelines of the 18th BRICS Summit in New Delhi, calling for strategic bilateral ties. Xi, on his second New Delhi visit in 12 years, said China and India share responsibilities as the world's most populous nations. China will chair BRICS next year.
