The India Meteorological Department (IMD) issued a yellow alert across all weather stations in Delhi, predicting thunderstorms with rain. "Very light to light rainfall, thunderstorm accompanied by lightning and gusty winds (40-50 kmph)" has been predicted during afternoon and evening hours. Additionally, the minimum temperature at 8.30 am on Thursday settled at 25.2℃, which is 2.7℃ below normal.
