Congress leader Rahul Gandhi reportedly refused to wear the traditional North-Eastern patkas while attending  ‘At Home Reception’ at Rashtrapati Bhavan. “Rahul Gandhi rejects North East Gamosa despite President of India requesting him to wear it. He insulted President from Adivasi Samaj,” BJP leader Shehzad Poonawalla. "His (Gandhi's) family has always betrayed the North-East," Poonawalla added.
