Four people were arrested and charged with fraud in US for falsely claiming that their car was damaged by a bear, which turned out to be a man in a costume. The accused had submitted footage as evidence which showed the 'bear' climbing into the car. The insurers carried out raid after getting suspicious and then found the costume.
