BJP leader Shehzad Poonawalla on Sunday said the defining characteristic of Congress is that it tends to "splinter into fragments". "Congress lacks leadership, policy, mission and vision; all it possesses is an ambition for position," Poonawalla said after reports of factionalism within Punjab Congress emerged. He added that Congress, its alliance partners and public have no faith in Rahul Gandhi.
