Zara billionaire owner buys 51-storey Chicago tower for ₹5,223 cr

Amancio Ortega, Spanish businessman and owner of Zara parent Inditex SA, paid about $550 million (nearly ₹5,223 crore) for Chicago's One North Wacker in one of the biggest US office deals this year. His family office acquired the 51-storey tower in the city's business district. Notably, the offices are leased to companies including PwC, UBS Group AG and Fitch Ratings.
