Pune police seek Rapido app removal from Google, Apple stores

Pune city police have asked Google and Apple to remove Rapido from their app stores after the company continued bike-taxi operations without a valid aggregator licence. The Pune RTO has also registered a case against Rapido and issued a public notice warning citizens against using its services. Rapido's app remains active despite the action.
