2 murderers seek to stay on death row after Biden's commutation

Two convicted murderers, who were spared from execution by President Joe Biden's clemency, have told a court they want to remain on death row. The duo reportedly refused to sign the paperwork as they believed Biden's commutation put them at a legal disadvantage as they appealed their cases. Biden had commuted the sentences of 37 inmates on federal death row.
