A snack shop owner, his wife and their 10-year-old son were killed in a road accident in Navi Mumbai on Friday night. The incident took place when a speeding 14-wheel tanker hit their scooter, knocking them off and then running them over. The victims were returning home to Kamothe from Khopoli.
