Ex-India wicketkeeper-batter Deep Dasgupta said Indian cricketers started giving it back when someone sledged them during Sourav Ganguly's captaincy. "Rather than saying, 'I'll channel it', while we used to channel it, we'd give it back as well," Dasgupta added. "His nickname is Maharaj. So...he's always had...the idea that 'I'm the king.'
