Congress chief Mallikarjun Kharge on Tuesday criticised PM Narendra Modi over second fuel price hike by up to ₹0.91/litre in a week. "I want to ask PM Modi, did you not foresee these developments? Did you not give them any thought?...Today, the rupee has depreciated significantly," he said. "This constitutes a clear economic failure on PM Modi's part," he added.
