Kim Jong Un's sister Kim Yo Jong warns South Korea, plans border loudspeakers

Kim Yo Jong, sister of North Korean leader Kim Jong Un, issued a 'clear warning' to South Korea, threatening a 'horrible and distressing situation' if Seoul continued what Pyongyang calls interference in its affairs. She announced plans to reactivate propaganda loudspeakers along the 160-mile border and said tactical units have taken up positions near the frontier.
