Fossil kept in drawer for decades turns out to be first-ever dinosaur bone

A fossil collected in Antarctica in 1985 and stored in a drawer for decades has been identified as the first dinosaur remains discovered on the continent. Researchers said the vertebra belonged to a Titanosaur, a long-necked plant-eating dinosaur that lived around 82 million years ago. The fossil is believed to have come from a juvenile or small adult dinosaur.
