Gangster Abid Ali alias Rehman Dakait was arrested in Gujarat after evading police for 20 years. He ran over six gangs across 14 states, involved in robbery, extortion and attempted murder. He often posed as fake CBI officer, police or sadhu, targeting senior citizens. Police said his crimes were planned in advance, with pre-decided escape routes, resembling film 'Special 26'.
