8-year-old crushed to death by 750-kg pitch roller at Gurugram cricket academy

An eight-year-old boy was crushed to death by a 750-kg pitch roller at a cricket academy in Gurugram’s IMT Manesar. The boy was playing with three other children when one of them accidentally switched on the unattended roller. Akash fell and was crushed by the machine. He was taken to a private hospital, where he was declared dead on arrival.
