Randeep Hooda said he joined the 'Global Sikhs' in distributing food to people displaced by the floods in Assam as they have no resources to prepare food. "People are receiving dry ration, but they don’t have stoves or gas to cook it. How are they supposed to prepare the food," he added. Around 82 people have died in the floods.
