A man who assaulted 39-year-old scientist Abhishek Swarnkar during a fight over parking, leading to the latter's death in Punjab's Mohali, was arrested on Saturday. Police said a case of culpable homicide not amounting to murder was registered against the accused identified as Maninder Pal Singh Monty. Monty had gone missing after the incident.
