The Gurugram Police on Friday arrested driver of a Santro car accused of hitting and killing 58-year-old businessman Amitabh Jain while he was cycling in the morning, officials said. The owner of the car has also been arrested, they added. Police further added that the accused driver did not have a valid driver's licence.
