Syska LED Lights was admitted into insolvency by the Mumbai bench of the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) on Tuesday, NDTV Profit reported. NCLT's move comes after the company's operational creditor Sunstar Industries filed an application over the alleged default of payments worth ₹7.7 crore for goods supplied between 2022 and 2023, the report added.
