France defended its decision to let Benjamin Netanyahu's plane access its airspace despite an ICC arrest warrant against the Israeli PM. "Rome Statute doesn't impose any obligations regarding overflights of its territory by a state ⁠plane that has a passenger who is targeted by an arrest warrant," France said. His plane also flew over Greece and Italy, tracking data showed.
