Keralam Police launch Citizen Help Desks at all stations

Keralam Police have replaced the Public Relations Officer (PRO) system with Citizen Help Desks across all police stations. The desks will handle complaints, digital services, cybercrime assistance, RTI applications, and FIR copies. They will offer priority support to women, seniors, children, transgender persons, and differently-abled individuals. Opposition leader Pinarayi Vijayan criticised the move, calling it a threat to people-friendly policing.
