Ola Electric board approves ₹1,000 crore rights issue

Ola Electric's board has approved a rights issue of partly paid-up equity shares to raise up to ₹1,000 crore, pending regulatory approvals. Key details like issue price, entitlement ratio and record date are yet to be decided. This follows a ₹780 crore QIP raised in June. Vehicle registrations nearly doubled to 43,719 units in Q1 FY27.
